Arrivals and departures: rooms will be available for occupancy as of 12.30 p.m. on the day of arrival; we would ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
Room service: breakfast may be served in rooms with a € 10.00 surcharge per person; a € 25.00 surcharge applies for lunches and dinners
Late check out: extended use of your room and the Pegaso Wellness centre beyond 10.00 a.m.(until 5 p.m.) on the day of departure can be arranged in advance with reception. A € 50.00 surcharge will apply. Please note that, for obvious reasons, day use of rooms can only be arranged subject to availability.

Cancellations: deposits forfeited in full on all cancellations notified within 60 days of arrival date.
