5 dimentions of Wellness
At Cavallino Lovely Hotel we are part of the Vita Nova Trentino Wellness consortium. We promote a holistic approach to wellness based on five pillars: regeneration, movement, awareness, nutrition, and harmony.
These principles inspire every choice we make, in the knowledge that well-being involves the whole person from a physical, mental, relational, environmental, and spiritual point of view.
Our story
1972
It all began in 1972, when Giancarlo and his uncle Bruno Zeni built the Hotel Cavallino, a simple but welcoming two-star hotel, born from their desire to make every guest feel at home in their beloved mountains.
Mom Annamaria managed the reception desk. She was hired as a secretary and then became part of the family. In 1975, she married Giancarlo, and since then she has never stopped being the beating heart of the hotel.
1990 - 2007
In 1990, we began a major expansion: more rooms, telephones in the rooms, and larger, more comfortable common areas. It was during those years that we proudly earned our third star.
In the 2000s, we joined Vita Nova, the consortium of excellence dedicated to wellness in Trentino, going beyond the normal concept of a spa.
In 2007, the fourth star arrived with a new wellness center and a clearer, more defined identity. The Cavallino becomes Lovely Hotel, with new Suites and Junior Suites designed for a more intimate, elegant, and wellness-oriented stay.
Today
In recent years, we have wholeheartedly embraced holistic wellness and sustainability: natural materials, attention to the environment, small daily gestures to take care not only of people, but also of the land that hosts us.
Today, it is us, Susi and Mom Annamaria, who run Cavallino. She is still a leading figure throughout the country: as former president of the Andalo hoteliers’ association, she has contributed to the growth of hospitality in this corner of Trentino that we love so much.
