Useful information
Before booking your vacation, read the answers to our guests’ most frequently asked questions: you may find the information you need right away.
If you need further clarification, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
At what time are check-in and check-out?
Do you offer half board?
Yes, our half-board package includes breakfast, afternoon snack, and à la carte dinner, with typical, vegetarian, and gluten-free homemade dishes. It is a formula that is very popular with our guests, because it leaves their days free for excursions or lunches in mountain huts.
It also includes access to the Pegaso SPA, the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card, and all the services offered by Cavallino Lovely Hotel.
We do not offer full board.
Is the wellness center accessible to all guests?
Yes, access to the Pegaso Spa is included in your stay (except for bookings made with coupons or vouchers that do not provide it). Children are allowed in the pool area only, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily, we wish to ensure a dedicated time for adults only.
Some specific treatments and private services (such as the Private SPA) require a reservation and are subject to an additional fee. In every room, you will find our wellness kit with bathrobes, slippers, and a SPA bag, so you can fully enjoy your relaxing moments in our wellness area.
Do you have menus for celiacs or people with food intolerances?
Yes, we are an AIC (Italian Celiac Association) certified hotel. We offer gluten-free and vegetarian menus that can be adapted to other dietary requirements: we just ask that you let us know when you make your reservation.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have free outdoor parking and covered garages available for a fee, with reserved spaces. Some room types include a parking space in the garage: please check when booking.
Do you organize Yoga and Mindfulness classes?
Yes, throughout the season we offer Yoga and Mindfulness sessions with our teacher Simona. Standard classes are free and suitable for all levels of practice, even for those who are new to yoga.
Do you offer bicycle rental and bike services?
We are a Dolomiti Paganella Bike hotel, offering various services for those booking a cycling holiday: indoor storage, bike washing area, sports laundry, and agreements with MTB, enduro, and e-bike rental companies. We also provide the Bike Card with exclusive discounts on bike passes and equipment rental.
Is it possible to book wellness treatments in advance?
Of course. We recommend booking massages, beauty treatments, and access to the private spa in advance, especially during peak season.
Are you close to the ski lifts?
Yes, we are located in a central and convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from the Andalo and Paganella Ski resorts.
Are pets allowed?
No, in order to ensure a peaceful environment that respects the needs of all our guests, we do not accept pets.
However, we believe in responsible vacationing: leave your four-legged friend at home, with the right care, without abandoning them.
Is the hotel also suitable for families with children?
Absolutely! We have family rooms, spacious suites, and services designed for children, such as evening entertainment. Ask for advice on activities to do in the area with the whole family.
How is the booking confirmed?
The reservation is considered confirmed only after our written confirmation and the payment of a security deposit via bank transfer to: Hotel Cavallino di Zeni Susi, Mirco & C. s.n.c. – UNICREDIT BANCA – IBAN: IT21O 02008 34300 0000 01412887.
By paying the security deposit, the general booking and cancellation conditions are considered accepted.
How are cancellations handled?
Unexpected events can happen… and since they can change both your plans and ours, here is our policy:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: the security deposit will be refunded, minus a €50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations between 29 and 8 days before arrival: the security deposit will be retained by the hotel.
- Cancellations from 7 days before arrival, no-shows, delayed arrivals, or early departures: payment of 100% of the total agreed amount for the holiday will be required.
We highly recommend taking out holiday insurance. While we strive to be flexible, we unfortunately cannot cover cases of cancellation, delayed arrival, or trip interruption due to personal reasons.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@hotelcavallino.com.
Is it possible to insure my holiday?
We can add insurance directly to your booking, or you can take out a policy independently via this link, where you can review all the terms and conditions.
Managing a cancellation can be difficult: on one hand, there is the guest’s unexpected event, and on the other, the hotel’s operational planning.
To turn a potential concern into peace of mind, we always recommend insuring your holiday: a small gesture that protects both your trip and our work.
